V-GLOBAL NET was by law established in May 5th 2017, it is autonomous in its administration and in the selection of its members, sharing with V-GLOBAL NET the responsibility for advising the central government. V-GLOBAL NET also sponsors Architectural and engineering programs aimed at meeting national needs, encourages education and research, and recognizes the superior achievements of engineers.
